Project in brief
The Project consists of preparing an exhibition; a “World Fair” for the pupils in the 5th (or 4th) year with customs, festivals, games etc. from different cultures of the world.
The project is presented by Alex who provides model information from the U.K.
During each sequence, the pupils will build up material for the fair. Finally, in continent or community groups, they will prepare a selection of material for the actual fair. The world continents or communities that we will propose are: Africa, Mexico (America), India, China (East Asia), Muslims and Jewish (Middle East). (Europe will be used as a model with Alex’s information from the U.K. and will not be used for the fair).
